RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting Masere Press.

Because our books are printed on demand through Lulu Direct, each order is produced specifically for the customer at the time of purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The book arrives damaged

  • The book contains a manufacturing defect

  • The incorrect item was shipped

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Minor variations in print color or paper tone

  • International customs delays

3. Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • A replacement copy will be issued, or

  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before printing begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping Issues

Masere Press is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Customs processing

  • International shipping delays

However, we will assist in resolving delivery issues when possible.
